Shaili Chopra is an award winning broadcast journalist who has founded two successful digital content platforms in India. Her digital media startup SheThePeople.TV is India’s first video storytelling platform for women achievers. It is the biggest collection of stories of inspiring women with over 800 video stories on the site. They partner the government of India on StartUp India and also host a most energetic event called the Digital Women Awards.
Shaili has covered global events like the World economic forum in Davos, G20 summit, Obama’s re-election and many others. Her interviews include Warren Buffet, George Soros, finance ministers of several countries and Indian business and politics honchos.

Shaili won the News Television Award for the Best Reporter in India in 2007 and later in 2008, her business-golf show won the Best Show Award. She also won the Media Foundation Best Business Anchor Award. In 2010, FICCI awarded her the Young Women's Achiever Award for contribution to media.
